First, get signed up for Veckle service by visiting our Pricing & Sign-up section.
Once you’re signed up, you’ll head to your member home page. There you can start defending your business right away by searching our database of reviews.
If you have a customer issue or some praise to share, you can head over to the Write a Review section and let other Veckle members know about it.
If you’ve been able to solve your conflict with a customer and feel like they’ve made amends, or maybe your experience with a customer was better the second time around, you can visit the My Reviews section and add to your review.
Now that you’ve seen what Veckle has to offer, you must be ready to sign-up! Visit the Pricing & Sign-up section and join the only community of business owners on the web who share their customer experiences and meet their customers before they meet their customers.
