Intended Use

I understand that Veckle.com is intended as an interactive resource. Further, I recognize that I should never depend on a single resource, but instead use all resources available to me and then depend on my own judgment and common sense in making business decisions.
I understand that the reviews posted on Veckle.com are based entirely on the opinions of Veckle.com users, and that Veckle.com makes no predictions or guarantees, expressed or implied, about a customers ability to pay their bill. Veckle.com does not verify the truth or falsity of any posting. Any user or customer who disagrees with a posting can contact us by phone or email or become a user and post his or her own response.
I understand and acknowledge that Veckle.com is a mere provider of interactive internet information services, cannot verify any information independently, and is not an information content provider.
I understand that pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, Veckle.com does not have any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on the website. When I post information, I take full responsibility for its content and accuracy.

Password

When I sign up to become a member, I will be asked to choose a password. I am entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of my password. I agree not to use the account, username, or password of another member at any time or to disclose my username and password to any third party. I agree to notify Veckle.com immediately if I suspect any unauthorized use of my account or access to my password. I have the right at any time to change my password by contacting Veckle.com customer service. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any and all use of my account.

Information Sharing

Information in the customer directory is for my use only. I will not share the information in the directory with non-members or service companies.

Submitting Reviews

Information I provide will be an honest and accurate account of my actual first-hand experiences with customers.
I will submit only one customer review per service call/business transaction.
I acknowledge and understand that I am solely responsible for all reporting information submitted by me to Veckle.com in connection with my membership, and that Veckle.com bears no responsibility whatsoever for statements made by me or anyone acting on my behalf. I agree to defend and indemnify Veckle.com, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees from any claim made by any person or entity, loss, liability, injury, or demand, (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and any applicable insurance deductible paid by Veckle.com) made by any third party whether or not it is finally determined that the reporting information I provided to Veckle.com was false and inaccurate. I agree to defend and indemnify Veckle LLC, its Members, subsidiaries, etc.
I understand that my name and submitted review may be made available to any service company or customer on which I may report.
I understand that all reviews and their content submitted to Veckle.com shall be deemed to grant to Veckle.com a non-exclusive license to use such materials and Veckle.com shall be free to use, for any purpose, any content, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained therein for the purposes described on its website.

Responding to Reviews

I have the right to post a response to any review given to me by another member.
I acknowledge that a review of a customer posted by me may be made available to that customer upon request and that the information provided to the customer will include my name and contact information.
I understand that I am solely responsible for my interactions with other Veckle.com users as well as customers listed in the directory. I acknowledge that Veckle.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between me and other users and/or disputes between me and customers in the directory for compliance with its terms and conditions and to delete any postings in accordance with that policy in its sole discretion. I further agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith with any user who contacts me after reading my posting on Veckle.com

Editing Reviews

I understand that I may choose to alter, update or withdraw a review related to a service experience. A request to alter a report may be made via telephone or through the Veckle.com website.
I understand that Veckle.com assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Veckle.com directory for compliance with its terms and condition. I understand that Veckle.com may choose to monitor reviews before they are made available to other Veckle.com members for viewing. If at any time Veckle.com chooses, in its sole discretion to monitor the content of the directory, Veckle.com nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the user submitting any such content. Veckle.com may choose to contact me regarding my report before including it in a customer's record. Listed below are examples of situations that may warrant the deletion of my report.
Veckle.com is not an information content provider and will not modify reviews posted. The foregoing notwithstanding, I understand that if Veckle.com determines (based solely on its discretion) that my report is offensive due to, but not limited to, references to race, religion, profanity, drugs, hearsay (i.e. a report about a job that is not my own), acts of a sexual nature or acts of a criminal nature, Veckle.com may return my submission to me and refuse to post it.
Veckle.com may delete any content that in its sole judgment violates these Terms and Conditions or which may be offensive, illegal, or threaten the safety of any person.
Veckle.com makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the content or to the accuracy and reliability of the content of any material or information I post in the directory. I am solely responsible for such content.

Membership Fee

I understand that Veckle.com reserves the right, at any time, to change its fees and billing methods and will post those changes at www.Veckle.com. If any such change is unacceptable to me, I may cancel my membership. If Veckle.com terminates my membership because I have breached the Terms and Conditions, I will not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

Termination

Veckle.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove in its entirety any posting by me, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate my access to Veckle.com at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. Veckle.com expressly reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate my access to Veckle.com if it determines, in its sole discretion, that I pose a threat to Veckle.com and/or its users. I understand that as the provider of an interactive service, Veckle.com does not generate or modify information content and will only remove or refuse to post content or restrict access where material posted is profane or illegal in nature or where the length of such content is greater than its business systems can reasonably support.

Other

I acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the website or the service, provided by me to Veckle.com, are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Veckle.com. Veckle.com shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to me.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

As a growing business, Veckle.com reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any part of the Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes to the Veckle.com Terms and Conditions will be posted on its website at www.Veckle.com. My continued use of Veckle.com after any such changes constitutes my acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If I do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms and Conditions, I will not use or access (or continue to use or access) Veckle.com. It is my responsibility to regularly check the website to determine if there have been changes to the Terms and Conditions and to review such changes.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

I have read and understand the terms and conditions set forth above. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Veckle.com and I understand that if I fail to abide by these terms and conditions Veckle.com may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take certain actions to address the situation, including the termination of my membership.
The failure of Veckle.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The Terms and Conditions operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from the Terms and Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
I agree that any dispute between me and Veckle.com and/or any of its officers, directors, or employees will be subject, at Veckle.com's election, to arbitration in Yuma, Arizona, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
