Veckle is devoted to protecting your business. We provide you with the tools you need to research your customers and keep your business healthy and prosperous.
After 40 years in the construction industry, with 30 of them as a licensed plumbing contractor, we decided that it was time for the small business owner to have an option to costly credit reports. We’ve shared our opinions with people just like you across a variety of specialties, and we decided it was time that people like us share with each other on an even larger scale. You’ve had many clients, both good and bad, so we built Veckle as a place where you can help one another and create a community to be heard.
Veckle was created with the business owner and professional in mind. Ideally, Veckle will be most useful to those businesses that deal with customers on a daily basis, especially businesses that extend credit to customers. However, membership is open to anyone and everyone.
Veckle is a completely legal way for you to voice your concerns and any truthful occurrences of disagreement between you and a client. Veckle lets you know beforehand how other suppliers rate your prospective customer as to payment, communication, and working relationship. Veckle can also potentially help your business decrease financial losses. Share your experiences with other contractors, and get to know your clients before you decide to bid on a job. If you can say it in a newspaper, you can say it on Veckle.
Keep in mind Veckle does not verify information in the database. Veckle is simply a vehicle for information sharing. Members are expected to give honest, accurate information. Members are also expected to use their own common sense and judgment when making business decisions. Veckle is an interactive internet service. It is not an information content provider.
It is up to you to know whether or not you have an obligation to keep information about your customer confidential. It is also your duty to make certain all information you post is fair and accurate.
Please have a look at our Terms & Conditions for a full explanation of liabilities.
Veckle does not take on the role of mediator in conflict resolution. If a customer feels that the information in the Veckle customer database is incorrect they need to resolve the issue directly with the member who input the information. Veckle recommends that if the parties are unable to resolve disputes on their own, they consult their attorneys or use an alternative dispute resolution service.
Contact us if you have any questions and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Thanks from the Veckle team.
